I was just here yesterday! I came back to this Starbucks today because my coffee and my egg bites were delicious. I usually, always encounter kind people at the drive-thru here, yesterday was no different! A kind young lady assisted me. She was sosweet. (I wish I would have gotten her name to include it here. But today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nick at thedrive-thru. What a great way to start the day! He was so kind, friendly and courteous. His voice was welcoming from beginning toend and he even greeted me at the window with a smile. He was literally like a little angel. Lol! The staff at this restaurant is extremely patient, especially considering the youthful clientele that frequents the place. Conveniently located right across from the college, the establishment is spacious and well-maintained, providing a clean environment for the students who visit. The drinks are delicious and refreshing, and the food is equally tasty.
Tony's customer service was immaculate, met the baristas and had a great time on window , met their shiftlead Tony and he was great ! I would recommend this store they are funny and a great time to end your day ! They recommended to come study and I'm considering it ! Great job guys ! Shoutout to Liz and Sabrina, they made the experience at the window.
This was one of my first experiences ordering on my own at a Starbucks, and the cashier was exceptionally patient and respectful. That alone deserved a 5-star review. On top of the outstanding service, the food was amazing! If you happen to see this, thank you so much, Josh!

I've visited this location before but only used the drive-thru. I really like the interior, even though there was limited indoor seating. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, which is a unique drink that I've only found here. I highly recommend it!
I recently visited the newly opened Starbucks, conveniently located next to a gas station and a grocery store. It's the largest Starbucks in the area, offering plenty of seating.
Be cautious and double-check your orders. An item was added to mine without my request, and my blueberry oatmeal was missing the berries. I won’t be returning.
How does a location next to Mount sac and a mile away from Cal poly close at 9:00 p.m. Even on the weekends. That's bad business practices

They have the most friendliest employees here. Always soo cheerful and helpful
