I was at university today. has ordered two Trenta drinks and as usual they have both grounded. what's new? asked for 2 pfirsich tee and they gave us 2 puddled, yes, puffed. drink tastes, but that's normal with all diets, zero resistance between the shops. but we noticed that the labels were vacant. but at this point we were long gone, line was too long to go back and back into line. so later on the afternoon on the way back to the house, and since we have neither drank. we decided to stop and ask for only the pfirsich taste. we gave them the opportunity to repair the drinks. After we proved that we had ordered the drinks earlier. they have accused us .50 for the aroma. No, I'm sorry we screw...
This place has lost it's touch. Unfortunately, it is the closet Starbucks to me. They are ALWAYS out of at least two things I order and the staff doesn't know the drinks well. Waited to review, to make sure it was a pattern, hopefully they get it together soon. I miss getting what I ordered.
the hired and manager have nothing to do with their lives instead of talking about customers .woman named k I think she is a manager she is very rude. I don't think she should work on coffee. Try not provoked by employees and managern
This year the staff there are a lot better at making the orders right. They were always friendly and helpful, but this year the quality of the orders is coming out waaayy better than before! So glad!

They always run out out of many items. Always my luck in this area. I really dislike drinking a coffee I don't want, but in that moment with our gas prices going up...mehh! I'll do!! Lol!
I just went in with wife and no plans to buy anything. Barista offered water as we waited for coffee. I just have to say this is really good customer service, felt appreciated. Thank you.
Their mobile order is always back up and not by a little bit. They need to update their 9-12 min wait time. It's more like 20 to 25 mins. This has happened on multiple occasions
always on camps on all new drinks. I always have to go to another place to get my drink. bad management and should do better for their customers.

they were so incredibly sweet for me and I wish I had their names, but whoever took care of dt today are about 6 all amazing.
