A few people there are very good and attentive. 1 or 2 at the most. The staff by and large in the morning are slow, more concerned with conversing with one another. If I don 't order in advance, I can stand by the register waiting for someone to take my order. No greeting, no we will be with in in a minute. I had to say excuse me 2 or 3 times this morning to get someone to acknowledge me. The young woman who attended to me had such a look of disdain. I ordered my Grande Dark Roast Black scanned and she told me to step down to wait. That coffee is usually right behind the cashier and most often they get it themselves. No worries I waited for the young man for about 3 minutes to attend to me....

Come here everyday before work. Today I placed my mobile order and when I arrived to the store the door was locked. I could see my drink on the counter so I knocked and one of the employees waved me away. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line for an order I could see from the front door. If your store is closed maybe turning off mobile order would cause less confusion/frustration. Staff seems to not care about anything other than their personal conversations

This is my favorite location because the staff is professional and friendly. They actually appreciate their customers unlike other locations that don't even acknowledge your presence.Parking: Lots of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Dedicated parking slots available

The place was somewhat unclean. The man at the register greeted me with a head shake but didn't say a word. I took it as a signal to place my order. After I ordered, he mumbled something quietly to himself. Réservez une table maintenant

Liz, the manager, is incredibly kind and attentive. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her restaurant and is dedicated to ensuring that her customers have a wonderful experience.

The drinks took about half an hour to arrive, and I noticed one employee spending 10 minutes just playing with cups. Out of the four staff members, only two were actually working.

Terrible service. Had a mobile order but couldn’t pick it up in the cafe. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to pick it up. Never coming back here
