Terrible management! They messed up my drink and absolutely refused to fix it. I feel like I’ve been served a poison! I will never return. They owed me a coffee because they gave me the wrong order, but the manager decided not to honor it since I’d been waiting for 6 to 8 weeks. I told her she was being unreasonable, and in response, she called the police, who found the situation amusing. It's clear they know about her attitude and tactics—what a terrible manager!
The worst customer service. If you like coffee served with a horrible attitude then by all means go there. I should have known when I walked in they were scanning comp cards to give to other customers. Maybe if they were friendlier they wouldn’t have that problem…
No Nitro on this location. Don't need management to try any kind of explanation or ... It is better to remove items from manu if you so often don't have it!
This is one of the friendliest Starbucks locations I've visited. One barista, in particular, was exceptionally kind to my 6-year-old son. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely love this Starbucks! Although it doesn't have a drive-thru, the service is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and kind.
Eventually it became obvious that one of our drinks had been forgotten.
No-frills, just great taste. Perfect for a quick bite.
