This is likely the most unfriendly and unhelpful Starbucks in Massachusetts. If possible, try to hold off until you can reach the Westborough location or another one. Staff members often ignore customers when assistance is needed, and if they forget to give you a straw for your drink, it’s nearly impossible to get their attention. The service is extremely slow, as if you're the first customer they've ever served.
Updating my review in August 2023: The primary component of my Bacon, Sausage, and Egg wrap was dry, starchy, flavorless potatoes, accompanied by eggs, a mere five small pieces of sausage, and half a slice of bacon. I typically just order coffee, but the food quality has declined. They also get my drink customizations right only about half the time, which is frustrating given their high prices.
Worst customer service unless you like waiting over 20 minutes to get a drink. While the food they quickly heated up for you gets cold. They don't ask for your name and they don't even give you a receipt when you finish paying.. wasted my time to go into work this morning without breakfast.
They make the worst drinks tried it 3 times this specific location, most recently the guy tried to overcharge me twice then gave me a half watered down rubbish and forgot the straw, how does this take 14 minutes?? Réservez une table maintenant
