I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up. While I was there, I decided to order something additional at the counter, but it took nearly seven minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, even though they could see me standing there. When someone finally came over, I mentioned that I had an online order, but before I could ask about anything else, they told me to check at the other end to see if it was ready and then walked away. My drinks were ready about 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and I didn't end up ordering anything additional.
Regulars are allowed to bypass the lines, linger near the counter, and chat with the baristas. I was told I could expect a certain wait time for my drink, but it ended up taking an additional 20 minutes. This has been an ongoing issue for years.
As for dietary restrictions, this is not the place to visit if you're watching your calorie intake. They've removed the light Frappuccino option, and about half the time you order a Frappuccino, they end up forgetting an ingredient. So make sure to taste it before you leave!
I never go to Starbucks but I was invited to meet there by a friend who's battling cancer so I went. I paid and I was shocked that 2 drinks were almost $20. Our table was filthy. I had to switch out my chair because there was some kind of gunk on it. And... my Frappuccino wasn't even frozen, it was like liquid.I'll stick with making my coffee at home. Was just in the Hermitage location waiting for my drink when I overheard multiple baristas talking about a customer that called on the phone complaining about how long it is taking for mobile orders however I understand their frustrations they conducted themselves in a very inappropriate manner in front of more than one customer this was my first and last time coming to the store and he passed 10 years will not return.

I so wish you had more power outlets to make this a usable space for working or studying. Almost no power outlets totally prevents this. This almost seems like this Starbucks has outdated technology/ facility. It needs upgrades to make it usable and practical. Also, music was too loud and not suitable music for working or studying. This is blasting hip hop music. Not practical at all. Completely unusable space.
Went in here to grab a coffee after getting out of the ER with a broken hand around noon. This place was a zoo and the drive thru was horrendous with the line of cars. My wife and I decided to go inside thinking it would have been quicker. We were fooled by waiting 40 minutes, which is absolutely asinine. I would steer clear of going here unless you order on the app or want to wait forever for just drinks.
Parking: Not to great and the parking lot is extremely bad and I'm sure everyone mentions how to drive thru is jus a bad design. Traffic jams often and normally a line that goes back into the freeway at times. Accident is bound to happen eventually Say it almost any day I walk across the street from my job.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat surfaces but no automatic doors or buttons to open.
The only pastry available was a cake pop. Every item I tried to order was unavailable. When I asked what they did have, I was told they only had cake pops. There wasn’t even any actual cake—what they offered was more like thick fudge.

45 mins still no coffee... Ridiculous.... 8 people back there 2 working. GM should get off the high horse and help out, instead of talking people's ears off... SMH. Horribly lead team...
