"I usually drop by this restaurant on my way to work almost every weekend. However, some of the baristas forget to apply the cup discount that also earns you extra stars when you bring your own cup. It's not a major issue, but it can be annoying."

Do not visit this restaurant. This message is for the Chinese community living in Chinatown who do not speak much English and enjoy drinking Starbucks. If you are unsure of how to place an order or if you have a detailed picture of what you would like to order to show the barista, they may not be willing to help you. They made my friend feel discriminated against by repeatedly asking her to read her order to them, despite her explanation that she does not speak English well and does not know how to read the order. The staff member treated her with unhappiness even though she provided him with a detailed description of her order.
