I am truly DISGUSTED with how this company treated a worker at this location. Fired an employee for a comment they made on instagram calling another worker a bigot even though this worker was using SLURS against people and saying DISRESPECTFUL things. ABSOLUTE DISTASTEFUL BEHAVIOR and this worker should have NEVER LOST THEIR JOB OVER THIS.
Service was great, but I ordered a grande mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, and it was basically blended nonfat milk. It had no flavor whatsoever. I don't normally order these drinks as they are way overpriced, but they had a special for $3... maybe that's why it was so lackluster... they couldn't afford to add any flavor?
Lately they have been having issues with supplies and staff. Really affects the wait time and quality of the drink. At the drive through they told me they had to close 20 to 30 minutes because somebody called off, they were running out if ingredients to make the drinks and needed to get caught up.
