always a line. drinks are good, service is missing something. and that may sound small, but the terrain is disgusting. when this position was opened first it was fast and absolutely beautiful. I don't know who the manager or the owner is, but they should be ashamed. I know they have the means to keep the ground and the facilities better. I visit this place several times a week. very disappointing in their lack of cleanliness and standards they would expect.
I've only been here twice and had the pleasure of being served by Hannah on both occasions. She surprised me greatly and remembered not only me but also my drink! I got banana nut bread today also, and she even offered to warm it up without me having to ask. I hope she is there every time i want to stop in!!

We frequent this Starbucks as it is the nearest one to where we live and last night they were absolutely fabulous. I'm not super picky when it comes to my coffee but last night it was so good we had to circle back around to ask who made. Their whole staff is so sweet. We look forward to our next visit! Edrikson took my order and was amazing and most definitely needs a raise. He was so sweet and even had a small conversation with me. It was very busy with cars almost wrapped around completely but I still got my order within a minute of ordering it. Most definitely the best visit I have had yet.
I waited for my order, which was only a drink for 25 minutes! only one person who makes the drinks inside and she talked and socialized instead of worrying about how long people waited for drinks. I am two hours away from home and was through and decided to stop. that was a BIG mistake.
