This morning I used the drive-thru to order my coffee. When I pulled around to pay, I presented my phone for him to scan the app. Once he did. He said Thanks Rita after reading my name on the app. I just thought that that small detail of saying my name was awesome. I asked his name and he said Levi and then said nice to meet you May not seem like a big deal but he was just so nice and the experience made me smile the whole way to work. Thanks Starbucks Shrewsbury for hiring such a good person.
This location in Shrewsbury is incredibly slow! They often run out of items. I went in late afternoon when it wasn't even busy, and it took 30 minutes just to order and receive a drink. The Street Queen location is much faster and consistently has what I need.
