I stopped by this Starbucks this afternoon to grab some coffee, but I was very disappointed with the service. Despite making eye contact with at least four employees, none of them acknowledged me. I was the only customer there, yet the staff appeared more interested in chatting with one another than assisting me. It was quite embarrassing—do I really need to reach over the counter to place my own order? I won't be coming back to this location. Starbucks really needs to improve its staff quality.

I used to love this place, but I don't feel the same anymore. They've changed the staff, and it seems like they're always out of straws. The employees used to be fantastic—always polite and friendly—but today when I asked for a straw, the girl appeared annoyed. The drinks are starting to be poorly made, lacking care and attention, and they often run out of supplies quickly. Plus, can we bring back the good music? There's hardly any music playing now, and when there is, it's not enjoyable at all.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant! They repeatedly mess up my orders, and the staff is impolite and unprofessional. I ordered an Impossible breakfast sandwich, but when I arrived at work, I found out they had given me a completely different sandwich with bacon on it! It's hard to believe that the employees can't handle such a straightforward task. I strongly suggest steering clear of this place!

I went to purchase coffee this afternoon, none of the employees acknowledged me. I made eye contact with at least 4 employees and no one said anything. I was also the only customer inside. The employees did have conversations with one another though. Ami suppose to reach over ghe counter, place my own order and make it? I felt so embarrassed. Never will i ever return to thislocation. The customer service was very poor, and the lady serving at the window had a bad attitude. This happened on a Friday around 5 pm.
