I've visited this Starbucks location twice, and both experiences were terrible. The staff here are incredibly rude, from the cashier to the barista. They consistently mess up orders and rather than taking responsibility, they respond with attitude. During my latest visit, I ordered a tall iced coffee with three shots of espresso. They completely forgot the espresso but brushed it off. When I pointed it out, they acted like I was a hassle for asking for the $3 worth of espresso I paid for. I asked if they could just hand me the espresso so I could add it myself, but instead, they remade the drink—and then forgot to add the syrup. When I requested the syrup, they again responded with attitude....

My friend and I recently dined at this restaurant, and our experience was quite disappointing. The young man at the register seemed confused and didn't take our orders accurately. When I mentioned this to the young lady who was also working there, she became defensive and appeared upset about having to remake the drinks. Unfortunately, her attempts to correct the order didn’t work out as expected. My friend ended up discarding her drink because it was poorly made. We typically enjoy the delicious drinks at Starbucks, but this was by far the worst experience we've had. We won’t be returning, as we paid for drinks we couldn't enjoy due to the errors.

I've been a loyal customer of my neighborhood Starbucks for years, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. I discovered coffee beans in my green tea frappé, which was not only unsettling but also raised hygiene concerns, especially given the ongoing Covid situation. I would have expected better attention to detail and organization. The frequent staff changes are worrying, and the customer service felt quite rude. Overall, it was a very letdown experience.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday for some drinks, but I was left quite disappointed. I ordered a toasted white mocha, and it was nowhere near what I had hoped for. I also asked for a grande-sized drink, but they only filled the cup halfway, which I found unacceptable. The baristas appeared indifferent and didn’t acknowledge me; they didn’t even glance at the customers. I won’t be coming back to this place. Réservez une table maintenant

I came here on a Saturday to buy a couple drinks. One of the drinks was a toasted white mocha and it completely tasted disgusting! And I had another drink which was a grande and they only filled my cup half way . It?s ridiculous! Baristas looklike they don?t care. Didn?t even greet me. Did look up at the customers . Never coming here again

The service for drink orders here is rather slow. It's advisable to place your order at least 30 minutes in advance. Even on less busy days, you might receive a lukewarm hot drink or an iced drink that's already melted. If you're thinking of ordering in-store, be ready for a lengthy wait—it's not the best option.

Not worth it! I’ve visited several times, and every time, over half of my drink is just ice. After my last visit, I requested less ice, but once again, my cup was mostly filled with ice. I could have gone somewhere else and actually enjoyed more than just a few sips of matcha.

In the end, I paid over $7 for a tall iced coffee, only to experience unnecessary rudeness from the staff, especially on a Monday morning. I definitely can't recommend this place. To top it off, it honestly tasted like they never included the espresso shots at all! Réservez une table maintenant

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! Ashley consistently provides fantastic service. Every time I visit, she is incredibly attentive and even remembers many of the regular customers by name! The drinks are excellent, and I really enjoy the ambiance!
