On March 2nd, 2022, while getting my usuals espresso and a pastry I got the espresso only. Most of the time I get tea as well, if they have it in stock. That day they didn’t have my tea in stock and neither my usual pastry. I settled for the banana loaf. Unfortunately, the drive through person made me feel unwelcome for continuously waiting for the pastry I ordered and he flat out told me what am I waiting for?!He stumbled around until he finally located the pastry and oh, boy, what a disappointment it was. This has the be the worst Starbucks in the neighborhood. Don't expect your drinks to ever be correct here and the lack of laziness from the coworkers is unreal . They have about 7 coworkers working and outta those 7 only 1 is doing their actual job ! I keep getting my orders fuc d up I went this morning and the lady with the short black hair asked me twice if my drink was correct and both times I corrected her third time I came to the window and of course WRONG . I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and I always substitute the oat milk for sweet cream and she gives me cold foam on top of my drink ,I grabbed it and asked me if she can remake it of course I said yes ,she literally j...
This Starbucks either needs better employees or needs a union like other ones. Either they don't know how to do their jobs or they can't do their jobs well because of corporate. It's a total mess in that store. Not clean in the slightest. They have one employee making drinks, and you know that will lead to error. The rest (5 others mind you) were taking orders. Hope to never come here again until I see new employees or a big union sign.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service was inefficient, and I had to wait a long time. The staff member, Tyler, was not helpful and seemed to lack a customer-focused attitude. As a daily drinker of their beverages and a member, I requested a refill, but Tyler refused to accommodate me. I ended up having to pay full price for another drink. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I just visited this place, and I have to say, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a big smile. My drinks were served promptly, and the service was impressively fast. After that, I went to Portillo's and was shocked by the lack of customer service there. It's clear that this place excels at providing a great experience for its customers.
My friend was refused service here because she is medically unable to wear a mask. Her rights as an American with A Disability were violated. This is shameful behavior on the part of this Starbucks location. This is AMERICA!!!
Staff is amazing! There is a girl there named Arianna she is awesome and deserves a raise!? She totally made my day when I was there. I had a very hard week and she totally made it better. Thank you so much Arianna?
The worse customer service ,many times i said to my self not to stop here anymore,but now definetly is last time.The workers are rude,rasist and very unprofessional acting with customers
