I’ve noticed some changes in the staff over the last six months! I’m not sure if there's a new manager or if they received feedback, but the quality of the drinks has improved significantly. Occasionally, I may still get a drink that isn't made quite right, but that's to be expected. The staff is also super friendly once again!
However, I’ve encountered some issues with the online app. There have been some mornings when I wanted to order ahead, but it wasn’t available or all breakfast items were listed as out of stock. That can be a bit inconvenient when you’re in a rush.
Overall, though, I just wanted to highlight the improvements that have been made.

Ordered ahead and arrived to find that I could only pick up my order via the drive thru. The drive thru had at least a ten car line up. I phoned and the staff was very apologetic and nice as they are were under staffed and couldn?t open the cafe. It makes no sense to me that you would have order ahead and only drive thru. If you have order ahead you should have a separate space for pick up. I have a 2 year old and one year old and have been waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order ahead. I still have four cars in front of me. Have a staff member asking names in the drive thru and be a runner. Run drinks out. Have a table right when you enter the cafe for people to do pick up....
This Starbucks is fantastic! It has great hours, plenty of space, and excellent customer service. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is primarily due to the company as a whole, not this particular location. The drinks are just way too sweet! I don't know if it's because I've gotten older, but I used to work at Starbucks in college, and I didn't have any issues with the original drink recipes back then. Now, I find myself having to request half the sugar or fewer pumps, because the specialty drinks are almost overwhelming! This Starbucks is amazing! Great hours, spacious, good customer service. The 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly because of the enterprise itself. Nothing to do with the specific location. The drinks are much too sweet! Idk if it?s cuz I?ve gotten older,but I used to work at Starbucks in college, and I don?t remember ever having an issue with the original drink recipes. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered a small hot coffee, light and sweet. I dined in to use an outlet for charging my phone and settled into one of the cushioned chairs by the window. This is the cleanest Starbucks I've visited since my trip to Massachusetts. I also used the restroom, which was impressively clean as well.
This Starbucks has been my best !! I go almost everyday sometimes more than one day . There is one young lady works there , she remembers my name , greeting me with my name everytime ! She makes my day smiling and happy when she?s there . Wonderful customer service ! Thank you ???
The restaurant has undergone some lovely renovations. The new decor creates a pleasing atmosphere and the increased space makes it more comfortable for everyone. It’s also very clean. They offer a drive-thru service as well. This place is definitely worth a visit!
The staff at Starbucks are fantastic. They consistently get my order correct and are always friendly and accommodating.
