I ordered and came to find that I could only pick up my order via the drive thru. the drive thru had at least one ten autoline up. I called and the personal was very apologetic and nice as they were under personal and the caffe could not open. it doesn't make me sense that they have an order before themselves and only the ones would drive. if they have an order, they should have a separate room for the collection. I have a 2 year old and a year old and wait 12 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order beforehand. I got four cars in front of me. they have a coworker who has the names in the drive thru and a runner. they have a table when they do in the caffe for the people to do the collection. do not let the order before men can only wait in the drive thru to get their drink.
this dieucks is amazing! great hours, more spacious, good customer service. the 4 stars instead of 5 are mainly due to the company itself. idk, if it is cuz, I have become older, but I have worked at dieucks in college, and I do not remember ever having a problem with the original drinks recipes. but now I have to ask for half the sugar/pumps because the special drinks are like diabetes in a cup otherwise lol. I love a good sweet, pretty indulgent holiday drink, but it feels like they're out to kill us with how much sugar goes into these recipes. Starbucks prizes are also a Tad-Hefty. anyway, dear the belmont st. dieucks, thank you very much!
Service was quick, friendly. I got a small hot coffee light/sweet. Dined in so I could use an outlet to charge my phone. I sat in one of the cushion chairs near the windows. This is the cleanest Starbucks that I have been in since visiting Massachusetts. I used the restroom and that also was very clean.
