Starbucks North Brunswick is horrible to say the least the customer service is ridiculous they can never get a order right whether it be drive-through or ordering inside I try to order inside as much as possible because they can’t get it right through the drive-through. I also Try my very best never to visit the Starbucks in North Brunswick. I try to stick with East Brunswick or south Brunswick any other Starbucks but North Brunswick, if you want to start your day off horribly go to North Brunswick Starbucks. that is literally the slowest dieucks of all time, I wait for 20 minutes for a drink. They have 6 people working and a drink comes at a time very slow, no hurry, as there are at least 20 people inside and almost 10 waiting for drinks, long journey through the line. workers talking and chatting behind the counter, that is all good, but these baristas have no experience and open we got our first drink and our second drink 15 minutes later. we had to ask three times for our second drink. employees are rude.
I have been to this place before but when I came here today something was off, I always order some drinks and then they taste really different, it might seem that I’m just really mad but I want sugar on my drink but then It had no sugar AT ALL. Also they need to upgrade their staff because it takes too long just for one drink. So this is why I am giving this a 3 star.
