I placed an order through the app and didn’t arrive until 10 minutes later, but then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my coffee. I went to get my coffee today and it tasted a bit weak, i mentioned this to the barista, and said if she just wanted to add a shot of espresso that would be fine, but instead she just offered to make it over. And the second drink was perfect. I appreciate this kind of service. I get coffee here 5-6 days a week and this was my only time having a drink taste week and I appreciate how they fixed it so quickly. I hope this store unionizes soon so these great workers can get the pay they deserve!
