TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. Especially the one who takes the order. If you don't like your job -whatever-keep it to yourself. Customer's don't come to to deal with your disrespectful attitude or to please you! Don't make everyone else's day gloomy with your incredible *pizzazz* for life. This is the second time we?ve gotten a coffee that tastes like it?s gone bad. Went through the drive through today and ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. First, it was already mixed together and not layered like it should be? I didn?t notice when they handed it to me. It tastes and smells awful. Check your drink before you leave. I tried to call to give them a heads up that somethings off, but the call won?t go through. Waste of money.
It is frustrating that the restaurant's online information states that they open at 5:30 AM, but when I arrive at 5:45 AM, they are often still closed. I end up going out of my way to Starbucks because I prefer their coffee, but it is annoying to waste time driving there only to discover that they are closed. It is even more frustrating when I could have gone to Dutch Bros across the street, which is always open during their posted hours.
I'm not sure what's going on with the attitudes, but for some reason it takes 5 minutes for them to make an iced coffee even when there's no line at the counter. When the lid didn't fit and the coffee splashed around, they just left the cup wet and handed it to me like that. They didn't even offer a napkin, just pointed to them. I've stopped going to this place before because of their attitude.

Went in this morning got 2 Venti white mochas ad extra shot to both. Got home and noticed they were not even full they had only filled them up 3/4 before we even took our first drink. I paid over 15 bucks and between the 2 I got 1 and a half cups what a rip off startbuck employee who made them today. Not going back for sure.
Seriously, this restaurant is top-notch. The service is always exceptional, with staff who are sweet and kind. I joke that it must be the coffee that makes them so friendly, but regardless, I frequent this place often and they never let me down. If I could, I would give them an even higher rating.
Great service and of course, great coffee. However, I went in when there was only one other customer in the store and about five employees. The tabletops were filthy with crumbs and stuck on food. It really was disgusting and there was no excuse-not busy at all.
This Starbucks always has great service. They do good hiring at this location apparently always know the next level recipes will always come back to this Starbucks location
