Me and my family always come to this store to drink coffee spend our time here cz we saw the workers here is very friendly and nice but after today for my experience 1st time wait in line to get a cup and the service.... For sure i wont come back again, also If i can leave 0 star for this location i will do it too. I rarely do reviews on social media or yelp but this time i feel the 2 workers in this store is not professional... I was wait in line for fewhrs to get the Stanley cups which was released today. I saw 5or 6of them on the shelf but later on 2 workers in there put away and left only 1 out. The guy in front of me got it already when me and other lady ask the they told us sold out......
I've visited this restaurant a few times on busy days when I was seeking a little refuge, and each time, I was met with excellent customer service. The location is clean and inviting. The cashier was wonderful and even brought my food directly to me. I was quite hungry and ordered a variety of sandwiches: the cheddar egg and bacon, the ham and cheese croissant, and the healthy little box which included hummus, green peas, carrots, and some bread. I really enjoy Starbucks, but I was quite frustrated with the customer service I experienced today. As someone with visual impairments, I went in and asked a staff member if a certain order was ready. She responded with, “I don’t know…” while glancing at the drinks on the counter, implying that it was up to me to sort through them. I understand that she might have been frustrated with my inquiry, but honestly, customer service has really gone downhill lately. I come to this Starbucks after dim sum at a place nearby.It's usually busy when I come in, so I always order via the app since I prefer to grab and go.A few times before it wasn't great, when busy and you grab your drink they were too busy to get you a straw. But when they have the chance to help they're nice about it.I'm giving it five stars now because the straws are now accessible to us, no need to stand there and awkwardly make a busy barista give you a straw!My drinks were always made right too. I didn't have a bad drink since I've ordered here. They have plenty of tables and seats inside and outside. Always clean and restrooms are clean too!

The service from the staff has been excellent, but on two separate occasions, the manager refused to honor my 25-point reward for using my reusable cup. I even contacted Starbucks corporate to file a complaint, as this is clearly stated in their policy. Because of this experience, I've decided to change the Starbucks I visit on my way to work. Now, I go to the one at Live Oak and Santa Anita Avenue instead of the one at Las Tunas and Rosemead Boulevard. It seems the manager there will continue to give me a hard time about this issue. Had a very pleasant stop at this Starbucks on Valentine’s Day! Super friendly employees, sweet girl at the register recommended me something I really enjoyed. Barista was also very kind. Drinks were refreshing and delicious. No drive through but plenty of parking in the shopping center.
I tried the Oleato Golden Foam Cold Brew for the first time, and I really enjoyed it. The olive flavor in the foam was quite subtle and not overly sweet, making it a refreshing alternative to my usual black coffee without any additives.
Terrible experience. Worst Starbucks in a 30 mile radius. Employees were rude, 30 minute wait for a simple caramel ribbon crunch when there’s barely anyone in the store. Ridiculous waste of time.

Manager does not comply with rules and discouts at this starbucks. Your supposed to get 25 reward points every time you use reusable cup. Staff is not like him
