Starbucks is Starbucks. People go here for consistency of drink, snack, etc. That's why it's such an issue that this location is wildly inconsistent with opening hours and accepting mobile orders. Many times over the past few months they've been inexplicably closed during hours they should be open. For example, just this morning they didn't open within ~45 minutes of the stated time. I have no idea if or when they finally opened, but there was no posted sign or information of any kind. They just didn't open. I placed an order through the app? I came in at the scheduled time to pick up my order and it was not ready. I understand being busy and I am always willing to wait patiently. I casually asked how log for my order and I was met with a very dismissive attitude. I had to ask twice and was asked ?well when did you order?? I stated I ordered 20 minutes ago and he looked at me and never said anything. He was asked the same questions by a few other people after me and he answered in the most pleasant tone and was very apologetic. Might I add I?m African American and the other people was Caucasian, I hope this had nothing to do with it but one could only wonder. I left without even getting my order...

The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and pleasant—perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying your time. We absolutely love it!
