I use to come here a lot!! The baristas use to be nice and friendly and know what they're talking about when it comes to what goes with their drinks. I came back for the first time again and the barista that works at the register seems like she doesn't know what goes with the one that always order. She started asking me questions. If its ok for me that they put 2% milk and regular milk? and if i want my sweet cream foam on the side? This Starbucks used to have a better staff, but it seems the manager is out of touch with what's going on. I ended up missing out on the current Black Friday sale because of this. I called Customer Service to file a complaint, and they credited my account a small amount, but honestly, I'm not planning to buy any merchandise from them, and I won't be purchasing much from that store either. I'd recommend going somewhere else, especially during the daytime, to save yourself some frustration!
I LOVE this Starbucks. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming with smiles. Plus, they serve the coffee in FULL SIZE!Unlike the Valley Starbucks nearby, which only fills my cup 80% when I ask for coffee without cream, this location always gives me a full cup even without cream. I truly appreciate that!
