Starlite Burger

Ever since I could remember, Starlite Burger has had THE BEST GIZZARDS I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!!!! Believe me when I say that!! I don't know what spices are used in the batter, but it tastes like an original recipe with nothing fancy like paprika or onion powder. And best of all, it's made to order so it's hot!! PERFECT!!! French fries are a little soggy. Can use a few more minutes in the fryer. Over all, 5

BEST CHICKEN EVER THIS location in Edinburg has been around forever and has the best chicken and they know it. People will wait the 15 min or much more for them to fry it up if they run out... For some reason the chicken at the Starlite on 23rd Street is NOT made the same!! Beware!

Love the feel of the place almost as much as the food. Not for the health conscious unless you're in for a splurge. Fast paced, great tasting and plenty of staff to get your burger fix. Not to mention fried chicken and fish and shrimp.

Always fresh fried chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Burgers are very good too, never been disappointed on the food or service.

good eating, but sometimes they get out of the hawn when busy, which is understandable overall good eating and clean dinning room
