Studio Movie Grill

We live a 10 minute walk from here and do not go anymore because something is fundamentally wrong with this place. My family has been here 3 times in the past year. The first time I paid with my card and tipped in cash, I even wrote CASH on the tip line and they still added a tip to my credit card payment. I called 5 times over two months and the manager NEVER returned a call even though they knew it was about an overcharge. I went in and asked if a manger was in and they were but they were too busy to come out and speak to me. It was early and the place was dead, I said I would wait, the counter person said don't they won't come out. I forgot about it until this most recent time reminded me...

Saw Napoleon and we had a good evening.The entrance, ticket and lounge areas were clean. Each employee we encountered greeted us.The server in the theater itself was very kind, personable and professional.Post movie, the bartender was very kind and facilitated us with to go containers for our popcorn and tea.The men’s bathroom was modern and nice and clean.Plenty of parking, especially on a holiday.

Enjoyable experience. Very clean and good service. Since we went to an early show there were few in there and no disruption due to food service. Food is very average but it’s nice to get served while you are watching. We will return. Seats comfy and recline.

Very nice atmosphere and it is always pleasant to dine and watch a movie here. The employees are usually very friendly and attentive.Only issue is overpricing, but overall I enjoy coming here to watch movies.
