I went to this restaurant at night and noticed two teenage boys running around without masks. I ordered three sandwiches but they did not include any of the vegetables I requested. They charged me extra for the toppings but did not give them to me. When I tried calling the store to speak to the manager, they refused to transfer me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this place. The employees were rude and seemed incompetent. I ended up paying $28.50 for plain sandwiches.
I am a fan of Subway, but I will not be visiting this particular location when I am in a rush. The staff did their best to serve all customers quickly, but I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. I also did not like the touchscreen device in the drive-thru, as I felt it slowed down the process. Despite the wait, the food was enjoyable and the staff apologized for the delay. I will return to this location, but only when I have more time to spare.
So apparently now you don't talk to someone thru the intercom at this Subway to place an order! First off u pull up and no one responds. Luckily i saw a small sign that says press for help! I'm asked what i want and then told to place my order mb placing thru the touchscreen monitor.... After that the wait time for the food was almost double than before ... Not a happy camper and they got my order wrong!
The service was slow and the restaurant could improve their cleanliness. We were disappointed when they ran out of meatballs and did not offer to make more. We were only informed about the lack of meatballs after twenty minutes of waiting. Additionally, the two young children with us needed more guidance. Réservez une table maintenant
Used the drive thru screen and ordered a Cail steak sub only asked for avocado and pepperoni and pepper jack cheese and I guess they can't read or something because they put every veggie item on the menu and mozzarella and all these other dressingLike please read what we order cuz this is ridiculous
I don't know what was going on today, but in that I usually order my sandwiches fresh, not roasted, and this ppl gave me my many roasted chicken sandwiches with frozen chicken they didn't even heat them? I mean, I know I said I wanted it my sandwich fresh, but that didn't mean that I wanted cold.
Very rude girl at window and messed up all three sandwiches I ordered I would assume since there is a computer outside to order that they would not get it wrong but they did when I called to complain no manager on site so I came here because this isn't the first time and I'm tired of this place
worst drive through the service. I've been thrown in before and they were attentive. but I went through the trip several times and every time it takes longer than 15 minutes. Réservez une table maintenant
Their food was awesome as always... I just had to blend my sandwich because I was sick with a very bad sore throat... Other than that food was great...
