Experience was alright, but there were some setbacks. We went inside, and we ordered a sandwich. There was a lot of yelling, and with the combination of us being half-deaf, it wasn’t the easiest hard to hear. So we ended up ordering the half sub. And since we’re broke, our plan was to split the sandwich in half. So we ended up each eating a quarter of a sandwich. They didn’t give us any tools or utensils, so i had to split the sandwich with my bare hands. To make it worse, we had to EAT the sandwich with our bare hands. And my phone alarm kept going off with the sci-fi ringtone, which i believe is the fault of the sandwich.There was a lot of mayonnaise.EXCUSE ME SIR. SHE ASKED FOR NO MAYONNA...
We recently ordered four footlong subs, three bags of chips, and three drinks. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let me use a coupon because it was only applicable for online orders. The roast beef was spoiled, and one of the meatball subs tasted off; my husband suspects they switched to cheaper meatballs. It's really disappointing because I used to enjoy this place a lot. We won't be going back. The customer service was incredibly rude, so we decided to toss out almost half of our order instead of going back to argue with them. I just didn't have the energy to deal with it. Overall, it turned into a $46 lesson learned.
If you're craving a sub, Subway is a great choice. You can personalize your sandwich with a wide range of ingredients, and if you're looking for something a little indulgent, you can even add extra cheese or meat. They offer about five different types of bread, which is a nice variety. I've been frequenting Subway for over 30 years, and I've always walked away satisfied. Now that's consistency! Although each location is independently owned, they consistently do a wonderful job. It's definitely worth a visit!
AVOID THIS PLACE!! They REFUSE to honor your coupons unless you order a basic bologna, ham, or turkey sandwich. What's the point of printing all those coupons in the newspaper if they just ignore them? I won't be coming back here again!! 0 STARS!!! Instead, go to Piney Orchard; they accept the coupons and even let you leave a tip. The staff there is really friendly.

Those 5$ foot longs are ancient, it’s 12$ foot long now friends. The person whom made my sub was a little hard to understand and very non commutative. I mean it was at the point where I just stated my order and walked to register while they were still making my sub. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Typically, you might not expect much from a Subway restaurant, but this one in Piney Orchard truly exceeded my expectations with its high-quality sandwiches and outstanding customer service. From now on, this will be my go-to Subway. And I must mention, the cookies were absolutely delicious!
The service was disappointing. I paid an extra $4 for additional meat but only received two extra slices of turkey on my footlong. The staff mentioned that Subway had stopped providing hot toppings, which seemed like a way to justify not including them.
This subway location is incredibly clean and well-organized. The hospitality is outstanding, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone!

it's good, although I got food poisoning from their sandwich, but giving the benefit of the doubt because I go often and that's the first time it's happened.
Great customer service while in the store. Food came out great as well!
