My partner stopped by to grab us some sandwiches for lunch. He ordered a half tuna sub and a large tuna sub, but it seems like Subway has really skimped on the fillings lately. When he noticed that the employee only put two scoops of tuna on the large sub and barely spread it around, he asked for a little more. The guy added a bit more tuna, along with the other toppings, and made my sandwich. To be honest, the tuna isn't really anything special, but what really irked me was the $17 charge for the large sub—that's just absurd. The quality of your subs has really declined. The takeout lunch I ordered was quite underwhelming. The food left much to be desired, with a rating of just 2 out of 5. Similarly, the service was also lacking, receiving a score of 2. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Overall, while the setting was nice, the food and service didn’t meet my expectations.
For an $11 steak and egg it would be nice to get an ample amount cheese without the fear of having to ask for more and being unjustly charged for double and the fight that would ensue. That on top of the fact I'm paying for vegetables I'm not receiving nor want in the first place, Subways all over the place are always such a disappointment. As far as subways go, this is a better one. I got unbaked bread in NM one time so I don't suspect the bar for the franchise to be very high though.
Normally we have good experiences but they last time we were in we ended up getting food poisoning within less then 10 hours it was coming out both ends... and it was the only thing we ate that day or drank so it was the only possible cause of it 2 days later we were fine we still go there but we're very leary after out last experience.
