This morning, I reached out to corporate to request a refund, but unfortunately, they were unable to help. The representative explained that I wasn’t eligible for a refund and that I had to pick up my order in person since their systems were offline last night and they couldn’t access previous orders. She also mentioned that staff is currently limited, which I understand, but I wish they had disabled online ordering during their closed hours to prevent this issue. Their hours appear to be inconsistent, so I suggest visiting the store in person instead of ordering online. Also, keep in mind that they do not provide refunds.
My sandwich did not include the double protein I paid for. Additionally, they were out of the bread I chose online, so my DoorDash driver had to get in touch with me. I don’t understand why the restaurant didn’t contact me directly, as other places usually do when an item is unavailable. I’m quite disappointed and will try a different restaurant next time.
Terry, the manager, made my sandwich just the way I wanted, adding extra portions of certain ingredients perfectly. A few weeks ago, I went to another Subway in Lake Harris Square, and the service was terrible—they refused to customize my sandwich. From now on, I'll be visiting the Subway at Circle K in Tavares.
The customer service was underwhelming. Two employees were loudly arguing about a work matter, using offensive language, which was not suitable for a public environment. Management did not handle the situation well and offered only a weak apology.

The service was remarkably swift, particularly since I was quite hungry after wrapping up work at 8 AM. I also grabbed some Reese's from the gas station convenience store.
The food is consistently fresh and perfectly complements the atmosphere of the restaurant! It’s definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
They were very attentive to our needs, included everything we requested on our subs, and the service was fast.
The food was excellent, and the staff made sure my dining experience was pleasant throughout my wait.
