I work nearby and have visited this restaurant multiple times for the food. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced rude and unpleasant service here. If you want to witness what poor customer service looks like when requesting anything extra on your sandwich, this is the place to be. To avoid the bad attitude, I started ordering through their online app for pickup.

I decided to walk in to check if they were still open, and one of the employees looked at the clock and confirmed they were. The vibe from the two guys behind the counter wasn't rude at all. Honestly, if I were in their shoes and someone came in right before closing time, I might feel a bit frustrated. But they did a great job hiding any annoyance! Haha. I've ordered from this Subway multiple times due to its convenience and proximity to my home. Unfortunately, my order has been wrong every single time. I tried reaching out to the owner to resolve these issues, but my messages were left unanswered. I strongly recommend steering clear of this place. There are plenty of dedicated restaurant owners who truly appreciate their customers and are eager to fix mistakes. Sadly, this Subway location does not appear to be one of them.

I’ve ordered from this Subway several times since it’s close to my home and convenient, but both times my order was completely wrong. I tried reaching out to the owner to resolve the issue, but my messages were ignored. Avoid doing business with this owner! There are plenty of other restaurants with hardworking owners who value their customers and make things right when problems arise—this Subway location is not one of them.
I arrived for my curbside order, but it wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. I decided to go inside with my wheelchair to inquire about my order's status, and they started preparing it right away once they saw me. On top of that, I had requested extra protein, but the server missed that part of my order. Oops!
This restaurant is fantastic! I have only great things to say about it. I visited to pick up some sandwiches for a hike and was welcomed with cheerful customer service and a warm smile. My sandwich was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be back, especially since they open at 8 AM, while most other places in the area don’t open until 10 AM.
This is an amazing place! Although the parking lot is a bit small, there are still numerous spots open. I ordered a veggie sub, and it was incredibly tasty. If you decide to eat in, they serve it in a lovely green basket. The staff was extremely friendly, and I will definitely return to this location!

I stopped by and found that they closed 20 minutes earlier than their stated hours. They informed me they were closed and wouldn't serve me. I won't be returning.
