I typically enjoy working with the staff at this restaurant, as they are very accommodating. However, the new employee was quite abrupt and rude during my visit. When a customer arrived after me at 8:00, he was informed that they were closed, despite the sign indicating otherwise. After some dismissive comments from her, she rudely asked what he wanted. The person I usually worked with was very accommodating, but the new girl who joined him was quite the opposite. She was abrupt and rude. I witnessed a customer arrive at 8:00, only to be told they were closed, despite the sign indicating otherwise. After a few dismissive comments from her, she rudely asked the customer what he wanted. When he ordered a foot-long sub, she mistakenly grabbed a six-inch sub and insisted that he had asked for a six-inch, which was not true—other customers heard him clearly. From the family of Subway locations in Shallotte, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, and Holden Beach, we wish you a safe, happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year! This is a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch! I have to say that the owner is one of the nicest people you'll meet. Honestly, the Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle locations offer a genuinely friendly, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. The managers here certainly feel valued and respected. The new caramel apple cookies are absolutely delightful, and starting November 22nd, their hours will extend until 8 a.m. With the chilly weather, the broccoli cheddar soup is just perfect!

Fly?s all over the place no AC and the workers do not were a hair net or nothing we?re just sloppy women had her shirt in my sandwich the worst subway I have ever been to.

The service from Guy was lackluster; he seemed disinterested in his job. The bread also seemed stale, and my meatball sub had more cheese than actual meatballs.

Friendly staff is the Subway of Sunset Beach, next to the Food Lion. Just like any Subway always good food as well.
