The service was excellent, and the place was clean and pleasant. However, paying $30 for two foot-long sandwiches was shocking. I ordered a steak and cheese, but it came with just a few small scoops of steak and two thin slices of cheese—mostly just bread! I don't even want to imagine how much extra cheese would have cost. While I understand prices are rising everywhere, this is still fast food. For that price, I could have had a full meal with a drink and fries at a sit-down restaurant. The experience can vary based on the staff working at the time. On my visit today, the service was notably slow since they prioritized online orders. The bread was dry and tough, and the toppings were cut so thinly that they were hardly discernible in terms of flavor. The condiments were applied very lightly, leaving the sandwich feeling quite dry overall. They did offer me a complimentary cookie, but it was also disappointing. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.
I've had no problems with the staff until today. I ordered a sub, but they put the wrong ingredients on it. I said it was okay, but the employee just walked away and threw the sandwich in the trash. When I asked her why she did that, she didn't answer and seemed to have an attitude. I ultimately decided to leave. I feel sorry for the other employee who was working with her.

I had a black forest ham 6 . As they were making my sandwich I noted they put on three slices of ham, and pulled one off. Next, I had American cheese, two slices and I guess two slices was too much, so he broke some off and returned it to tub. I wasthinking perhaps Wisconsin is out of cheese and Minnesota is out of pork.
The restaurant boasts an excellent manager and staff, and the owners are wonderful too. However, the overall management could use some improvement. The prices can be on the higher side, so it’s a good idea to bring coupons! A nice bonus is that you get a free cookie with your meal on Thursdays!

I have been ordering via their app and it has been very good for the most part. There have been a few mistakes (they're human too) but they are always very good at correcting the problem. My opinion of them has gotten much better.

The service is usually fast and friendly. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the cost per person ranged from $20 to $30. I highly recommend the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and the 6 Pack Cookie Box!
