I’m pretty sure this store was sold to a new owner. The quality has consistently gone done in at least the last 6 months. I found an extremely long hair in my sub and they simply offered to make another one. Seems to be the same 2 new Canadians working there most of the time that just speak in their own language while you 're trying to order. This used to be an awesome go to subway years ago. With the most probable new management and the new employees from countries that don’t have the same food service standards of Canada are really ruining it quick. Saturday nov 30 I showed up to Acton subway and open sign was on and when I walked in the 2 Indian workers were just taking off there coats and , said to me to give them some time to set up , after about 8 min I got called to order ! LONG STORY SHORT TOASTER WASENT READY BUT SHE DECIDED TO PUT MY SANDWICH IN ANWAYS TO “WARM UP “ , NO HAIR NETS , brown lettuce ! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND CHOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION (THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME IAV HAD FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALSO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME 2 individuals !
