We typically enjoy great sandwiches here, but today was a different story. My son ordered the oven-roasted chicken sandwich with pepperoni and fresh mozzarella, and it was awful. The chicken was slimy and gave off a terrible smell. For the price of a 12-inch sub, we expected much better quality, and this one was clearly spoiled. I was too exhausted to drive back, and my son lost his appetite. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered, despite multiple attempts for over an hour. So here I am on Yelp.
Terrible environment the manager screamed at my autistic nephew. He has issues in public places and got scared when the manager shouted at him because he wasn 't ordering fast enough. He practices his order all the way there he was trying his best and that woman didn 't have to be like that. When i mentioned he has special needs she replied he needs to be left at home i was appalled. I 've been trying to reach management or even a owner with no prevail. This is a disgrace not to food establishments but to our city!
Criminals. I ordered and paid for my food on the app…but when I arrived to pick up my food the place was closed. The door was locked. Dark inside. I think I’ll file a complaint with the state consumer protection agency. They stole my money. It was during the middle of the day during business hours. I knocked and called, no one responded. All the other stores in the plaza were opened. The app said they were open. Seems like a scam.
It was not a good experience an asian girl customer service/server was only welcoming and greeting to white customers. A very weird awkward experience. Hopefully after reading this review she would change her attitude. Not going again!To management: we colored people also pay the same price for the food as others.

I’m so frustrated that they ran out of bread and locked the door, making me wait 20 minutes even though my food was ready the whole time because I placed an online order. My sandwiches were supposed to be hot, but now they're cold from the delay! Terrible service and a huge disappointment.
The staff were rude, there were no napkins available, and the menu had only a few limited options (just bread and cheese). Overall, the atmosphere of the place felt quite uninviting and uncomfortable.
Walked in and was wonderfully greeted by two very sweet ladies Norma and Vicky! Made all of my sandwiches, and listened to every detail with a smile! Definitely coming back!
Price for a basic chicken sandwich and 2 cookies was $16 with $1.00 tip. A bit pricey for Average food in my opinion.
