Subway - Réservation de table

I stopped going to this subway a few years ago due to the same ongoing issues with service and quality management. Stopped to grab two subs to go on a whim to give it another chance. They were in such a rush to get me gone no time or care taken to make the subs. Threw ingredients on and then had to pick off bad pieces. Some of the meat was frozen as well which they picked off. Barely said two words to me and were very impatient. The result was a poor tasting sloppy sandwich. I noticed a lot of the produce in the bins did not look that fresh and it appeared the prep on it was poor. Yet again very disappointed....

When I walked in their one staff member was busy finishing their daily tasks, this was clear to me. So the manager stood there behind the counter, staring at her staff member, hoping they would notice them glaring. Instead of helping me, which she clearly could have done, she stood there. And stood there. And stood there. Saying nothing. An awkward minute and a half later she decides to step the two feet to the counter and help me with my order. Some people shouldn't be even working in the service industry...

Another chain restaurant - conveniently placed close to the off ramp on the #3 as it goes through castlegar. the service, food and price are exactly what you would expect of a subway. It is a convenient / cost effective option before flying out of the castlegar airport if you have transportation.

Subway is subway, however what makes you go there is expectation of same food choices in every subway. The one uptown has one person, older, might be related to owner has a very poor attitude about her service to clients. Could lose business if she is not corrected. Réservez une table maintenant

There are two Subways in Castlegar. I ate at the one downtown on two occasions. The parking is small. The place was clean. One complaint they did not have yogurt parfaits as part of their "make it a meal". Friendly staff.

This franchise goes by stringent rules it appears. The Subway in another town always provides me with two scoops of tuna, this one only one scoop unless I pay extra. Food seems fairly fresh.

Food is predictable as all fast food outlets are. Maybe needs a little spicing up. Facility is clean and staff pleasant Réservez une table maintenant

It's Subway - same as everywhere else, but the staff here were great! Always pleasant, skilled and very quick.
