I recently visited a Subway restaurant and was warmly welcomed by the friendly Meg as soon as I entered. She helped me choose a delicious sub and her recommendations were excellent. The cutting of my foot long sub was incredibly fast, at just 0.2 seconds (yes, I timed it!). The payment process was also efficient. I can't thank Meg enough for her help. The BMT on hearty Italian bread with red onion, lettuce, and mayo was the best sandwich I've ever had. The crunchy lettuce was particularly outstanding. I give this establishment a 5/5 rating overall, with a special mention for the exceptional staff member who deserves a 7/5 rating. The restaurant was clean and the greetings were also top-notch...
I recently visited this restaurant and found the staff to be in a bad mood. Despite all the customers wearing masks, none of the staff were wearing them. The food counter was dirty and disorganized, with different types of meat and non-meat products mixed together. I had to wait a long time to be served and noticed multiple flies around the food. At that point, I decided to leave and went to a nearby Subway instead.
I can’t recommend Subway Burscough enough! I wanted to thank Megan personally for her friendly customer service, she really is a credit to Subway. Food is always excellent quality and quick delivery, you won’t be disappointed.
Great service, really friendly staff. I wasn't even hungry but my friend dragged me in and it was lovely food. I will come again. Best subway i have been to, to be honest.
