I entered the restaurant with my uncle because he wanted to go to Subway. When we arrived, there were already people inside the restaurant. I felt like we were being stared at as if we had interrupted something. When I tried to speak to the employees, they did not respond. A lady was in front of us in line, and the employees seemed to have trouble understanding her and even started yelling at her. I took it upon myself to repeat everything for the lady because the employees were being extremely rude. When it was finally my turn to order, the employees still did not seem to understand me and I felt like they were making up their own prices. I asked for double meat and was told it would cost $...
Food was good but that’s it. Service was poor The fountain soda machine was down And the bathrooms were out of order. I would have gone elsewhere had I known this. They need to have a sign on the door so customers can decide whether they want to spend their money with your establishment or spend their money in an establishment that has working facilities
The owners are quite rude and seem to intentionally make your food poorly. When I visited today, the owner ignored me, continued preparing food, and even coughed on the bread while opening the oven. When I requested bread from a different oven, she sloppily made my sandwich and added way too much salt.
I was about to buy a sandwich I just needed to sit and rest and the employee was trying to kick me out ? I think you should give people a few seconds to decide what they want

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude. They didn't even acknowledge my presence, making me feel so awkward that I had to initiate the greeting myself.
Bina Lucky has a spotless restaurant and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed dining at this location on Parker Road, the service was exceptional!
