If I could give negative reviews I would. 1st off very bad customer service. The guy that rang us out was very rude. He wasn't going to give us our receipt and tried to take it back from me when I grabbed it. Also got an attitude when I expressed my confusion on why a subway wouldn't take a subway coupon, when I presented it. 2nd off I asked for extra cheese and they didn't put extra cheese on it and still charged me for it.Never go here. I sure as hell will not be nor will any of my household.

This Subway and all the others in the Sharon and Hermitage Area doesn't honor or except coupons. There is a disclaimer on the coupon saying participating stores. But this is a pattern. This is not Subway it is the owners, they are owned by one family that is all about the money for them. They don't support the community for me I am not supporting them. The Hubbard Subway does. DON'T SUPPORT THEM THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL.

Terrible customer service. I went to the Subway in Sharon to get a sub. First, I stood there for five minutes without being acknowledged while the employee organized the veggies, despite there being only one other customer. Then, she answered a personal phone call and left me waiting. After that, she instructed the guy to hold a dirty rag while he was about to make my sandwich, and he didn’t even change his gloves.

The sign on the door indicates that they close at 9:30, but when I walked in at 9:12 to order a sub, I was informed that they were already closed. The door was unlocked, and I was surprised to hear that they had switched to winter hours. If that's the case, why aren't the new hours posted, and why was the door still open? I go here a lot. They close when they want to and open when they want too. I checked the time before I went in and she tells me they open at 930 cause they had nothing done ready. They open and close when they want. I will not go back. I will go to hermitage where they are friendlier.

I was in the location in Sharon PA: 869 E State st. The young man who took my order was great, enthusiastic, made my sandwich perfectly. And the lady who appeared to be his boss was wonderful as well. The place is clean, friendly. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Not all heroes wear capes! After a terrible experience at the Brookfield location, the team at the Sharon location really came to the rescue. Thank you for saving the day and providing the service that Brookfield couldn't deliver!

Don't live up to Subway's standards while preparing the food. Vegetables need to be prepared daily. Worst Parts you don't accept coupons.
