Worst service ever! Rude employees. They took my online order then called me and said we're not allowed to accept online 30 minutes before we close and we're closing at 6. I said you have my money. He got rude and said you'll get it back in 3 to 5 days, we're not making your order, I said I'm talking to the manager tomorrow your open tol 8. He got rude again and said do what you want and hung up, I'm never ordering from them again. Grafton will get my business from now on.
Ordered online, got the order wrong. OK mistakes happen. What I don't like and will not tolerate is the attitude I got when I pointed out the mistake. It was printed on the receipt correctly, and I also pointed that out. The sandwich was remade, very sloppily I might add. Not one apology!! If anything I was treated as a inconvenience. Never Again!!! I'll drive the few extra minutes and go to the Grafton location.
I got a 12 veggie sub. There was only a very small amount of lettuce, three spinach leaves, 6 shriveled dried up tomato slices, 5 black olive slices, 2 pieces of green pepper, onion SKINS the size of a half dollar. There was such a small amount of veggies that the roll looked empty. Where is the pride in doing a job correctly?
They made my sandwich inedible with the ridiculous amount of salt put on it. I didn't catch it because they rushed us, as they decided to close at 7 pm, just after we arrived. Had I known that that would be our experience, I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
Not sure if the ownership has changed but service is still pretty sub par.Really not a fan of watching the greasy teenager behind the counter wipe his face and nose with his gloves hand while making my sandwich, four times.. Luke
I've stopped in a few times in recent months, the restaurant is always clean and the sandwiches delicious. Today was no exception. Ordered the Ultimate BMT. Emma was very friendly and made an excellent sandwich. Well done!
Went to the Lagrange location 2 times with in 1 week. Hair in our food both times. What ever happened to Hair Nets in the food industry? How sick.....
