Went to this sandwich explained to the person making my food I couldn't have something they put on the sandwich and they thought picking it off was a good idea...AS THE MENU BOARD STATES PLEASE LET US KNOW IF U HAVE ALLERGIES....then the employee decided to give an attitude because they don't listen and messed up...terrible employees and awful management...they offered a free sandwich I asked for an apology sadly the management is aware of their liability and responsibility when they say they are aware of food allergies...thousands of people looking for jobs and a huge now hiring sign at this location. Seems like they hire superstars and excellent customer service team members....I wouldn't...
I usually don't have a problem with this subway but last night I did. There were 3 kids on and 2 of them had wireless headphones in while working. In the middle of making my sandwich I see her take out her headphone piece out and put it on the counter and continue to make my sandwich. I was disgusted. I didn't even eat that sandwich. I just threw it out when I got home. My fiance had missed this happen while he decided to get cookies. the kid had these tongs trying to get the cookie out of a basket and they kept breaking apart. He repeated to do the same thing to all the cookies. The cookies were shingled therefore you have to move the ones on top to get the ones on bottom. It was so hard to...
We were out and planned to get sandwiches for the family, and everything was either closed or closing soon, as it was 8:50 pm. The nearest place was Subway on Cowesett Ave, and we were those horrible last minute customers with a huge order, and I fully expected some very irate employees, but instead we got a very cheerful and friendly Christiana. She reassured us that it was no trouble, and patiently made all 5 various footlongs, with a level of courtesy that is nearly impossible to find in any food establishment these days. Hopefully someone important in the Subway hierarchy reads this and gives her proper recognition.
Whoever the two people (one man one woman) are working 6/25 at 6:30 PM thank you!!! I messed up my own order, to which they quickly and happily helped me. I was then presented my order in a grand fashion once it was completed. Made me laugh instead of making me feel bad for inconveniencing them! Was also very sweet to my pup in the car as he BROUGHT IT OUT FOR ME! I didn’t even select curbside pick up, thank you!!! Extremely clean staff is well knowledgeable on their sandwiches and extremely helpful when you ask a question about anything that is in the sandwiches so this way you don't end up getting some results they also are really good at being able to make decisions or help make decisions for the customers and overall extremely well cap store was really impressed
