I ordered two footlong sandwiches for pickup at 6:45 PM, only to arrive and find the location closed. The app allowed me to place the order, and it even listed the official closing time as 9 PM. If the employee(s) were allowed to leave early or if there have been changes to the store hours, I can understand that they aren’t at fault. However, both Subway corporate and the franchise owner of this location have outright taken my money! It makes me want to walk in unannounced and take cash from the register or grab sandwiches without paying. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant, whether in person or online. I arrived at 5:30 PM, and the employee, who was rather rude, informed me that they were closed. When I repeated his response incredulously, he simply replied "yeah" while assisting another customer. The establishment was still operating normally, and I chose to leave rather than pay for such disrespectful service. It seems like this worker would rather leave early than serve customers properly. If you're considering ordering from this Subway location at Walmart online, I advise against it. You'll be wasting your money with no food to show for it.

I ordered two pizzas and a sub—one cheese and one veggie. The customer service rep told me I could only have two toppings, so she added tomatoes and onions. However, the onions were so sparse, it felt like I got about one piece per slice. When I asked about it, she said the owner doesn’t allow giving out more. Honestly, I don’t see the point of spending over $450 plus tax on these tiny pizzas when I can get a large pizza for $5.99 at Domino’s. I will never return to this location because their customer service is terrible.

I decided to stop by this Subway after the one at another location ran out of bread. I was excited to find it open, but to my disappointment, there was a sign saying it would be back in 30 minutes. I understand the employee might have been on lunch, but unfortunately, two Subways let me down in the same day. Maybe this is a sign that I should try another place. The setting is gorgeous, and the workspace is tidy and well-kept. I was impressed by how much the management prioritizes freshness. I was very pleased with the service; the staff was friendly and quick to help. Even during the hectic lunch rush, they handled the line efficiently, with three team members working together seamlessly.

The staff member touched his nose and wasn’t wearing gloves. The lettuce appeared to be of poor quality, and the bacon didn’t look appetizing either. Additionally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I've always prioritized food safety and health, and this experience made me uneasy.

The person preparing our sandwiches wasn't even wearing gloves. The toppings were disappointing; the lettuce was very wilted, and most of the other vegetables looked dry and stale, so I ended up getting only one topping. I wasn't satisfied considering the price of our sandwiches.

the type that made our sandwiches did not even wear gloves. the toppings were also quite bad salat was very rustic and most other sweet looked dry and old so only a topping. not happy for the price of our sandwiches.
