Today, on a cold and rainy day, she refused to make soup because, as she put it, "she didn't want to keep stirring it." One of my coworkers went in for lunch, and because she has red hair, Jennifer decided to call her "Red." This coworker politely asked Jennifer not to call her that, as it was offensive, but Jennifer ignored her request and continued to use the nickname. I will no longer be visiting this Subway, even though it's the most convenient location for me.
The rude owner or manager that’s at this location makes sure you can’t order a 3”size sandwich for a child the way they want it. I was forced into buying an over priced 6” plain cold cut sand which for 6.50. Come on subway. Get it together and allow you child menu to have the option to customize. This is the only location I’ve had this be a problem. Won’t be coming back to that one just for that reason.
Stop in here every Wed for lunch and the staff is awesome. Today a girl was working totally alone...I asked if she was it, and she said yes with a smile! Never complained just went about her work. I told her she was doing an amazing job. About ten people in line when I left and she was killing it....GREAT WORKER!!!!!
This Subway has the friendliest staff and is very clean. I mentioned to them that there was some mess on the floor in the men's restroom, and they promptly went and cleaned it up as soon as I brought it to their attention. Jennifer was the only staff member working, and she did a commendable job under the circumstances. The sandwiches were well-prepared, but the wait was quite lengthy due to the long line. This place could really use some extra help for Jennifer!
This Subway currently has some of the coolest employees. Very attentive and friendly. My son dropped his choc chip cookie on the floor by accident and they gave him two free. Sandwiches are just tastier around nice people, y'know?
Great Subs, friendly folks, and they are pretty fast also. Overall, no complaints here.
