The facility was crowded and no social distancing! Customers were lined up against the wall waiting on their order. Then there were people waiting to place an order in front of the customers against the wall. Then there were customers who were picking up their order when their ticket number was called. This area is very narrow.I ordered General Tso Chicken. The chicken was fried too hard. The chicken appeared to be old, dried and refried. I’ve lived nearby for about 5 years now and I like this store. I order here almost once a month at least and i never usually have a problem. The food is good, and service is pretty normal as service after covid can get. The only thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is that one night me and a friend grabbed some food there just before they close. We both ended up getting very sick and going to the hospital. That happened a year ago and I know I’m crazy for coming back but I did (after months). I have not had that problem since then. I ordered delivery through Caviar which I do not recommend no one uses as they will say they followed up and they in fact do not. I ordered Gen Tso's chicken and received nothing like it. It was a bright orange ketchup mixture. The rice was mushy and had no flavor. The noodles were the same. I spent 24.54 and it was a complete waste of money. They supposedly sent my first review to the restaurant but it did not happen. This is no way super or Japan. Caviar claims they deliver top quality support but do not and no reply from this establishment re: the food I received or follow-up from review I left on Sat. June 17th.
Super Japan was a major disappointment. I went in with low expectations, and it didn't even manage to meet those. My to-go order was incorrect, but that wasn't my biggest concern. The food I did receive looked unappetizing and tasted greasy, like something you'd feed a dog. You’d be better off saving your money and rummaging through the Popeye's dumpster around the corner—I'm sure it would be an improvement over this place.

This is my favorite restaurant to order from when I want a lot of food quickly and at a low price! The portion sizes are quite generous, so I always have leftovers for lunch the next day. I usually order through DoorDash and have consistently had a great experience. While I wouldn't say it's the best Japanese food I've ever had, it's solid teriyaki, and as I mentioned, you get a good amount of food for your money quickly!
I ordered a single steak and cheese egg roll, as I bit into the middle of it, it was frozen. I let the staff know and they made another one, same deal, frozen in the middle. Don't waste your money, try another place. If I wanted frozen food I'd go to the grocery store.
The MENU ON LINE SAYS ONE PRICE ABD YOU GET THE AND AND EVERYTHING IS ONE TO TWO FOLLARS MORE THIS IS DEFINITELY federal trade commission situation. It must be reported.
Had the shrimp and chicken with rice and noodles yesterday. It was soo good that I reordered it today but with steak this time. Great food!
