Sushi Fever - Réservation de table

This is a good sushi place if you are in the Cedar Park area. (I have my personal favorite in Austin. Chef Lee has achieved some solid team members. It was difficult when they opened.....this area went ballistic and there were new restaurants popping up every day. Everyone was competing for waitstaff for quite some time and you'd see the same servers rotating thru from one place to the next. The sushi has always tasted good but the service we found lacking and long waits to eat back then. All seems to have been resolved. We were seated promptly and our server John was very professional and offered us a beverage almost immediately. I was very cautious in my order and asked several questions...

"I had a pleasant lunch experience with great customer service. I tried the spicy tuna roll, spicy crab roll, and spicy salmon roll, along with five pieces of nigiri sushi. While the rolls had a fish paste texture, they were quite tasty, and I especially enjoyed them. The fish pieces were large, accompanied by a mild wasabi. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and I appreciated the attentive service. The server suggested adding spicy mayo, which was a great idea. I also ordered gyoza, served with a chili sauce. I'd recommend skipping the sauce unless you enjoy a spicy kick, as it differs from traditional gyoza, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaura...

The atmosphere was charming, and the staff was attentive. I appreciated the server's recommendation to try the spicy mayo on the side—it was a fantastic addition. I also ordered gyoza served with a type of chili sauce; I would suggest skipping the sauce unless you're a fan of spicy flavors, as it was quite different from traditional gyoza, but still enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely come back for the nigiri!

This sushi restaurant is fantastic! They offer all the classic options, including California and Philadelphia rolls, along with more intricate and unique variations of sashimi and specialty rolls. The volcano roll and sashimi wrap were definitely standout dishes. Réservez une table maintenant

This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever visited in my life! I tried the miso soup, Philadelphia roll, rainbow roll, Japanese lasagna, and flying fish roe, and they were all a perfect 10/10. The atmosphere and service were among the best I've experienced!

Roll came out really fast spicy and fresh. Salad and bowl had very fresh ingredients that were all delicious especially the tuna. A bit pricey but somewhat to be expected given seafood in central Texas and inflation. Still will be back next time inAustin.

Best sushi around. My two favorite special rolls are the summer and the Geisha roll. Really everything on the menu is amazing.
