Got the chicken bento. The fried chicken bits were cold and gushed out in oil when I bit into them. There was barely any meat in each piece and was mostly batter. The tempura that came with it was also cold and oily. It looks like they're using a different, more inferior batter. Came in with a reservation because I wasn’t sure if there would be a wait time- I was greeted immediately when I walked in, by name! Had a table waiting for me, and received immediate service from Kim’s smiling face! I ordered some of my favorite “go to” rolls, and all of them were amazing. You can tell this quickly becomes peoples “go to” restaurant. Customers coming in and out to eat, pick up orders, most greeted by name. Love this restaurant and the workers! Have driven by this place for years and always wondered how it was. It was delicious, and the service was great. There were seven of us and everyone was happy. We ordered many different things and enjoyed all of them. The saki and plum wine were delightful too. Highly recommend.
