Wir hatten eine Veggie-Aufzeichnung. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit, die Noriblätter als Sojablätter anstelle von Algenblättern zu haben. Die Veggieplatte kann auch komplett vegan bestellt werden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I could not ask because it was closed at the time of my visit, but my guess would be that 4-5 types of sushi are vegan.
