Swiss Chalet - Réserver une table

We decided to give this place a shot. I am originally from Ontario where Swiss Chalets are quite common but many have closed up over the years. In Ontario I have eaten their food both inside the restaurant and as take out and never had a bad meal as far as I could recall. I had never tried a Swiss Chalet here in the West and found this one to be very much on par with those Swiss Chalets I have eaten at in the past. The food [1/4 Chicken - dark meat - with fries] was good and filling and their prices were reasonable. I am not a fan of their Chalet sauce, it seemed a little flavourless other than an overpowering taste of, I believe, cloves. I really liked their coleslaw we ordered as a side, b...

After church a group of us decided to have lunch at Swiss Chalet. Everyone had chicken in one form or another but I decided to try their new roast beef meal. WOW was I surprised. It tasted as good if not better than many 25-$30 roast beef meals at more expensive restaurants. The texture was excellent and the taste was exceptional never mind the mash potatoes and gravy. Our server KAT was very patient, helpful, attentive and extremely pleasant. Everyone agreed it was an enjoyable, tasty and very filling dining experience. Well done.

I had never eaten at a Swiss Chalet. We had a coupon so decided to try it out. My husband and I each had a 1/4 chicken dinner and shared a side of coleslaw. I had the mashed potatoes/gravy with mine and my husband had fries. We also had the Chalet sauce. It was all tasty and filling except neither of us like the flavour of the Chalet sauce. We both found the clove flavour in the sauce was overbearing. We would go back for sure.

I find this restaurant hot and cold for service and food. Sometimes everything is great, sometimes even eating fairly early, things take forever. Food for the most part is good and hot, though we have had things missing when going through the drive through more than once. We check before we leave the window now as it is frustrating to go all the way back. You won't be disappointed!

Very much like all Swiss Chalet locations the food was good with an average price. Their main dish is chicken and the do a good job with it. Their soup is also very good. At lunch they can bring out your food very quickly which is a plus. The service is usually very good.

This is our old standby, whenever we can't agree on an evening out, this is where we end up. The menu is great, even for beefeaters, seating is cosy and private if you are in a booth, the servers are well experienced and efficient, and the food is always consistent.

Great service. I was distracted much during the meal and the waitress saved several mishaps from happening with my four year old and 10 month old's food

Liked the quick and friendly service. They are located in a mall with take out and easy parking. It is popular so expect a short lineup at prime time.

Excellent food for your money. Always very freindly wait staff, very clean, quick service, excellent food and food choises

This was good food to have after a hard day at work while visiting the city. Service was great and the pie very good.
