Swiss Chalet - Réservation de table

This last weekend we went to the drive thru at Swiss Chalet Napanee…horrible experience! First we sat at drive thru order kiosk waiting for help…..placed order for two quarter chicken white meat and proceeded to window, after paying we were told we would get order, after waiting and waiting we tried to get employee attention to see what the problem was why it was taking so long, she just ignored us, finally we tapped on the window and she opened with an attitude We told her to cancel order, again received attitude. We sat and sat again while she played with register then she returned our cash and it was 4.00 short….we told her and she replied with an attitude again she couldn’t fix it and wo...

I don 't like to be blunt, but !!!!!!The food was okay but not as good as expected from swiss chalet.Ordered a bowl of chicken soup. The soup was sour and brought it to the server attention. She said it can 't be sour as it is made fresh everyday, then went on to say it must be the chicken that was sour She turned and walked away. No offers to help.The place was dirty. The floors were sticky with every step I took. The bathroom was even worse.I will not be back for some time. It is definitely not the same place I got to know a few years ago

$17.79 plus tax adult menu half chicken dinner (picture taken was untouched as delivered to the table) was dried out skin and bones with no meat attached. Staff laughed at me when I questioned if it was a mistake and they told me that this is how all Swiss Chalet restaurants are now operating due to corporate changes. Don't plan on visiting or recommending any Swiss Chalet restaurants ever again!

We placed a takeout order last Saturday at the Napanee Swiss Chalet. The onion rings were cold and extremely hard. When I checked the order, it was incorrect, and it took an extra 15 minutes to fix the mistake. I could hear the cook complaining the entire time, but I was the one who had reason to complain. So much for the convenience of the drive-through! Réservez une table maintenant

I stopped by the Napanee Swiss Chalet last week while driving back from Toronto and had an excellent drive-thru experience. The food was hot and delicious, making the stop truly enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to receive great service at a restaurant. Thank you, Swiss Chalet Napanee!

We ordered takeout, and when we got home, we noticed that the ribs were missing. We called the restaurant, and they were very apologetic. Instead of just sending the ribs, they replaced our entire meal. Outstanding customer service!

We have recently moved to the city so during our moving day we needed something to eat . We went into Swiss Chalet and were extremely happy ! The food was great and we will be definitely making this our weekend dinner spot !

I recently went here while driving by Napanee and I was very happy with the service! the food was hot and fresh, and the staff made me feel so welcomed! Thank you for a great experience! Will be back again. Réservez une table maintenant

Service was fantastic. Green beans were a bit chewy but rest of food was great. Fast friendly service.Had a great day visiting with my sisters.
