Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I can't speak to the in-restaurant experience, but I’m really disappointed with their take-out and delivery service. The presentation and portion sizes vary each time, and it’s common to find missing items, even small ones like croutons. Whenever I order the chicken poutine, the amounts of fries and chicken are noticeably inconsistent. Last night was particularly bad, especially with non-whole chicken pieces. One of my orders was missing a piece of bread for the hot chicken sandwich, had less chicken than usual, and the side was completely missing. For a meal for four people, the bill came to $74 before tip, and that was just for four basic dinners—no dessert, no extras, nothing.

I have to say, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. They lost the reservation we made. When I compare the quarter chicken festive meal we received to the photo on your website, it's simply pathetic. The vegetables were ice cold, and the stuffing was unpalatable. This was meant to be a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday, but it ended up being a total disappointment. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Although we received scratch-off cards, we will not be returning to use them. The quality of the food has declined significantly, and we are finished with it. We spent well over $150 for seven of us, and not a single person enjoyed their meal.

Every time we come we are served by a girl named “Belle” and every time we only see her for the order and then she is clearly overwhelmed with too many tables because we don’t see her again. Tonight we waited over 30 minutes for our table to be cleared, stacked plates in front of us. We were going to order dessert but waited too long and we even had a toddler running around because we couldn’t leave without paying. I will never return, the first couple times I gave her and your business the benefit of the doubt but this is crazy! Worst services ever!

This is unfortunately, by far the worst Swiss chalet. You can’t Uber it. You have to use a visa over the phone or pay cash at the door. And the food is subpar, and for some reason, I think there is a fry famine at this Swiss chalet so make sure you order extra not that it’s really extra. every other Swiss chalet across Ontario you do not have to order extra fries. I believe it’s a call centre taking the calls they’re not too good either. Réservez une table maintenant

My husband and mother in laws dinner where cold and mine was luke warm, sauce was cool and the quarter chicken was a sparrow. We have never been so disappointed with Swiss chalet before, I won't be going back.

There was a hair baked into my chicken spring roll. Don't think I'll be ordering for a while. Chicken was flavourful though. I just need some time to forget the hair...

I was in last Saturday for dinner and my waitress Paige, was super fast and was so nice! Definitely a great experience!!

Ordered the family pack for pick up! Came home to see that the chicken was not cooked properly an still raw. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and they kept me updated on my order.
