I’ve checked in and printed the baggage tag at home. Swiss closed Check-in 3 right next to the train station at the Zürich airport, and forced me to walk to Check-in 1 at the opposite end of this big airport. After 15 minutes I arived at Check-in 1, there’re more than 100 passengers waiting to drop off their baggages using the “Fast Bag Drop”. Only 3 counters opened to take your luggage. I waited more than 30 minutes among 100 passengers to drop off the baggage using their so called Fast Bag Drop…Is this mormal? Are they allowed to still call it Fast Bag Drop. Mind that Zürich airport is their home base.
