Have been driving past this place for years, finally decided to give it a go. That was one the best decisions I?ve made in a long time! Food was excellent, we got a mix of Szechuan food and American Chinese as well. The American Chinese was really good, but the Szechuan was excellent. Absolutely delicious, one of the best meals I?ve had in a long time! Everything was so fresh. Restaurant was clean, and service was fast despite being and extremely busy Friday night. Pretty decent restaurant, we ordered the Sichuan classic on the menu and most of the dishes are pretty authentic. The menu is pretty big with a lot of selections, I would suggest to go for the authentic ones such as yu xiang rou si, Sichuan cold noodle, and hai xian guo tie. The only dish tastes a bit different was jia Jiang mian. The flavor was not the same as when I tasted in Beijing but maybe Sichuan jia Jiang mian had a different recipe. Service is outstanding though.
Pretty decent food! Doesn?t look like much from the outside but the inside is clean and staff members are quick and efficient. I recommend the shredded beef with peppers. Absolutely delicious! COVID comments as of October 2021. Everyone serving food in the restaurant is wearing masks which is nice. Not every single staff member is wearing one if they?re not directly serving anyone though. Still felt safe enough to take off my mask and enjoy the food and company!
My family and I often eat at and order from Sichuan House for authentic dishes. The service is always great- the waitstaff is extremely attentive and quick. The owner is always so gracious and kind. We have been patrons of this establishment for years and will continue to enjoy the food from this restaurant. Give it a try and make sure your tastebuds are ready for the heat!
