I waited for 30 minutes for two articles and I saw the employees sitting and talking and on their phone being a slender against the counter while they could help the other employees make the food faster, I work for the door dash and my reviews go down because the store takes much too long to make the food. The worst!!! Constantly get orders wrong! Tonight when I asked them to correct an error the employee just shrugged his shoulders! Literally … he made zero attempt to correct the problem. When I asked for the manager she was completely unhelpful. I’ve never encountered this degree of stupidity! I was not given sour cream and tomatoes which I ordered and then had to go back and ask for it explaining I had ordered it and did not receive it. …. and was told NO …. you didn’t pay for it!!!! I ordered it you just didn’t give it to me and that’s MY problem!!! This is the MANAGER!!! Once again, they skipped items in my order. I 'm beginning to think they started sealing the bag so you can 't verify the order is correct. I didn 't discover until it was too late and am unable to return. Let this be a lesson to check your order even though it 's sealed, because there 's a 30% chance they 'll mess it up.
DO NOT GO HERE. They are never open so don’t waste your gas. 10:30pm on a Saturday and you’re closed but all the lights are on and people are walking around inside. Come on…. Literally Saturday nights are made for late night Taco Bell runs. People..just go to the one in Easton. They were open and very friendly.

Line was so long and the lobby was closed. Order was messed up. Asked to change the combo to just tacos due to no Pepsi available and instead extra tacos were added to the order. Line had to be held up to correct the order. Then got around the corner and our food was completely cold...unacceptable.
Nobody here knows how to do their job. My 4 year old brother can handle this place better.Always messes up my order. NEVER remembers napkins or sauces. If i get sauces its always the incorrect one. This is why the lines never long. None of their employees deserve to get paid
Taco Bell is always one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and they always get my order right. I have never had any issues dining here. It's my go-to spot for lunch.
My fav location for tasty Cheap food. Visited on a Wednesday I think. I look forward to a return trip. The bill was appropriate for the quality.

Recently, with only the Drive-thru option available, the restaurant is quite efficient in preparing orders as they are very busy.
The customer service at this restaurant is superb. The establishment is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
