I just got home after picking up tacos from the drive-thru at Taco Bell store #038983, and I am extremely disappointed! I spent $17.55 on 3 Crunchy Tacos, 2 Soft Tacos, and 2 sides of rice. The only thing that was actually edible were the Crunchy Tacos. The Soft Tacos had chunks of hard lettuce stems instead of shredded lettuce, and the rice was so hard it felt like it could break a tooth! It’s concerning that Taco Bell is still in business when they are serving such low-quality food and questionable ingredients. Something really needs to change!
If you tell a customer you have breakfast and then when they ask for four different breakfast items and you say you don't have any of them. Why even say you have breakfast. Horrible service and lazy employees. It's 8:30 am and you don't have anything. I will never be back. Not that this place gives a damn anyways
Just got home from Walnut, CA Taco Bell Pathetic what you get for $18.00 Instead of shreddedclettuce, you get a Filler of a remnant stalk from the inside of the head of lettuce!!! And the rice is so old and hard, you can chip a tooth or even choke on it. Pathetic food, this place is the worst!!
Hate that you have to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter and the paper straws fall apart before you can finish your drink, all Taco Bells are like this now it

The most crucial aspect of a restaurant is the food. Unfortunately, prices have risen while the quality has decreased. It's disappointing to see this.
I went to the drive-thru and ordered a root beer, but I ended up being charged for the orders of the person behind me.
Don't forget the sauce to go with everything yum!
The food is good if your body can tolerate it.
